MEET OUR TEAM

Ryan started his career in real estate doing handyman work while attending university, using the income he made from working to pay for his education. He has managed commercial and multifamily properties for more than a decade, renovation and infrastructure construction projects throughout the United States, and has represented clients totaling more than 10,000,000 SF of asset transfers, and over 600 leases.

Sarah joined DCRE in 2018. With her background in real estate accounting, Sarah provides accounting administration and client support to assist the brokerage team in providing clients with timely and transparent billing.

Zach joined DCRE in 2018. With his background in software engineering and formal computer science education, he specializes in the development and implementation of software and marketing platforms exclusively for the company. Zach also provides technical support for clients who need unexpected tech help.

Ally joined DCRE in 2022. With her background in Data Systems and her passion for event planning, Ally brings a unique combination of expertise paired with creative problem-solving that helps DCRE achieve its fundraising objectives through effective event planning, marketing, and hosting for our network. 

Tom joined DCRE in 2018. With his background in real estate brokerage, Tom provides strategic planning and special project oversight to compliment the brokerage team and maintain service quality for our clients.

Reese joined DCRE in 2018. With his background in construction project management and estimating for a top-100 general contractor, he oversees all major construction projects, coordinates bidding, and negotiates pricing with vendors to ensure timely completion of projects within the construction budget.

Jenny joined DCRE in 2020. With her background in customer service, Jenny oversees the residents and tenant relationships and ensures that all clients are treated with care.

David joined DCRE in 2018. With his background as a carpenter and painter, David assists the brokerage team with initial construction estimates, negotiating material expenses, and he oversees the daily activity of on-site staff.
